Email Invoices to Procore with Denize
Move invoice attachments from email into a review queue, with a person deciding what reaches Procore.

How it works
With Denize, you send invoice attachments to the company invoice address shown in your account. Supported attachments enter the dashboard queue for review. Emailing an invoice does not submit it to Procore: an authorized user checks the extracted details, coding and invoice type before submitting.
Find the inbox for the correct company
Open Account in Denize and find Invoice email inbox. Copy the address shown for the company you are working in. You can forward invoices yourself or share that address with vendors and subcontractors.
- Confirm the selected Procore company before copying the address.
- Send the original invoice as an attachment, rather than only an email message or a file-sharing link.
- Start with one representative invoice and confirm that it appears in the correct queue.
Send a complete supported document
Denize supports PDF, JPEG and PNG invoices up to 3.5 MB per file. PDFs can contain up to 20 pages, including cover and continuation sheets. Keep all pages of one invoice together in a complete document so the reviewer can reconcile the entire bill.
- Export spreadsheet invoices to a supported format before sending.
- Use a readable image with the vendor, invoice number and totals visible.
- Send large groups as separate messages; email delivery has an aggregate size limit in addition to the per-file limit.
- Do not omit invoice pages to get under the page limit.
Review what arrives in the dashboard
Extraction depends on account terms, usage availability and file security checks. An attachment can require attention rather than arrive as a fully prepared invoice. Open the queue item and review any processing message before proceeding.
- Confirm the invoice arrived; a sent email alone does not prove successful intake.
- Compare extracted invoice number, dates, lines and totals with the attachment.
- Review the suggested project and vendor for the selected company.
- Choose Direct Cost or the correct commitment invoice workflow.
Example: forwarding a supplier invoice
Illustrative example: your AP team receives a two-page PDF from a supplier. Forward the complete PDF to the correct company inbox. When it appears in Denize, open it, check both pages, review the suggested project and coding, and reconcile the total. Submit only after that review, then verify the resulting draft in Procore.
If an invoice does not appear or needs attention
First confirm the destination address and company. Check the file format, size and page count, then review any queue error and account usage message. Contact Denize if delivery remains unresolved. Avoid repeatedly forwarding the same invoice while its status is uncertain.
- Check the queue and submission history before uploading or forwarding again.
- For rejected or unreadable files, obtain a complete readable copy from the sender.
- A duplicate check is an aid; the reviewer still checks whether the bill was already entered.
- Procore permissions and record setup still apply when the invoice originated in email.
