What counts as an invoice?
Each PDF, image, or document you process through Denize AI counts as one invoice, whether it's a commitment invoice or a direct cost.
Do credits roll over?
No — unused credits reset at the start of each billing cycle.
Can I share credits across users and companies?
Yes. Your monthly invoice credits are shared across all team members on your account. If you manage multiple companies in Procore, the credits are pooled across all of them too.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contracts. You're billed monthly and can cancel anytime.
Can I change plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your Account page by clicking Manage Subscription.
