What Denize is
Denize is AI accounts payable software for US general contractors, specialty contractors and home builders on Procore: it processes the invoices your team receives, and its Invoice Check verifies the pay apps your subcontractors enter. Denize is made by Sublien LLC, which also makes SubLien, and is not affiliated with Procore.
Denize reads invoices and receipts that arrive by upload, email or iPhone, codes every line to a Procore cost code and cost type, and places the invoice on a Direct Cost or an existing purchase order or subcontract with its Schedule of Values. AP reviews it once, beside the original, and Denize pushes it to Procore with the original attached: approved by default, or in the status each user chooses.

Invoice Check
Does it match what the sub entered? For the pay apps and bills your vendors enter themselves in Procore, compared with the PDF they attached before approval.
SubLien
Is the sub compliant? W-9s, certificates of insurance and lien waivers, tracked per vendor. A separate product by Sublien LLC, with its own account and pricing.
Denize does not make payments, and SubLien does not automatically hold or release them.
How we build it
Principles we don’t bend
- A person reviews every invoice before it reaches Procore. AI prepares the coding and the match; it never submits on its own.
- No guessing. When the evidence on the invoice runs out, the decision goes to AP, with the evidence in view.
- Line by line. One account smeared across a whole invoice is not job costing.
- Procore stays the system of record. Denize works from your Procore data and pushes each reviewed invoice there in the status you choose; payments stay yours.
- Denize does not intentionally use your invoice content to train AI models. AI providers process it to answer each extraction or coding request.
- Priced by invoices, not seats, so nobody on the team is left out of review to save money.
